Post Title: Executive Secretary to the Municipal Manager
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 5 qualification in Office Management, Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/secretarial experience
- Computer literacy
- Ability to communicate in both isiZulu and English
Recommended Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of local government procedures
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure, plan, and write reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and update the calendar for the Municipal Manager
- Handle filing, correspondence, and document formatting
- Manage calls and visits; relay messages and inquiries
- Provide general secretarial services and support during meetings
