Post Title: Operational Manager – Clinics

Remuneration:
R46 709,40 per month (basic salary, excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 plus Diploma in General Nursing or a B Degree in General Nursing, Midwifery, and Community Sciences (NQF Level 7)
  • Clinical Nursing Science, Health Assessment, Treatment and Care skills
  • Qualification in Health Service Management
  • 5 years’ experience in a primary health care setting including staff supervision
  • Valid driver’s license

Primary Function:
Plan, implement, manage, control, monitor, and evaluate comprehensive and integrated Primary Health Care Services in alignment with the District Health Systems Model and statutory health requirements.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Execute and report on district health plans
  • Ensure legal compliance in service delivery (MFMA and relevant health legislation)
  • Manage administrative and operational functions of the clinic
  • Supervise clinic personnel and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Promote health education, community collaboration, and intersectoral partnerships
