Post Title: End User Support Technician

Salary: Level 9 – R468,459.00 per annum (plus benefits)
Contract Type: Permanent


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and a 3-year IT qualification from a recognised tertiary institution (University/Technikon)
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant IS department experience
  • Proficiency in SQL querying
  • Willingness to travel within Free State and North West provinces

Key Outputs:

  • Provide application support and maintenance services across Legal Aid SA offices
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system incidents and service requests
  • Liaise with users, escalate issues, and track incident resolution progress
  • Run daily systems monitoring, integrations, and error checks
  • Support system testing and training initiatives
  • Participate in agile scrums to ensure delivery of quality support
