Post Title: End User Support Technician

Salary: Level 9 – R468,459.00 per annum (plus benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 and a 3-year IT qualification from a recognised tertiary institution (University/Technikon)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant IS department experience
- Proficiency in SQL querying
- Willingness to travel within Free State and North West provinces
Key Outputs:
- Provide application support and maintenance services across Legal Aid SA offices
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system incidents and service requests
- Liaise with users, escalate issues, and track incident resolution progress
- Run daily systems monitoring, integrations, and error checks
- Support system testing and training initiatives
- Participate in agile scrums to ensure delivery of quality support
