Requirements
Applicants must have Matric or Grade 12.
Applicants must have First Aid Level 1.
Applicants must have two yearsโ working experience in a water treatment-related field.
Applicants must understand water chemistry principles, including pH levels, chlorine and chemical balancing.
Applicants must have knowledge of handling chemicals and emergency spills.
Applicants must be physically fit and able to lift 30kg.
Duties
The successful candidate will ensure that the Water Treatment Plantroom and Water Recycling Plant are operational.
Duties include performing housekeeping duties within the Water Treatment Plantroom and Water Recycling Plant.
The candidate will be responsible for daily water treatment activities, pool top-up and chemical stock control.
The successful candidate will be required to become familiar with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Procedures.
