Requirements:
- National Diploma in Performing Arts Technology / Diploma in Sound Engineering
- 3 years’ experience in live sound operation (preferably in a theatre environment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, operate and strike sound and musical equipment
- Conduct sound and line checks; operate sound playback software (e.g., QLab)
- Manage show audio levels and ensure high-quality sound
- Maintain inventory, store equipment safely, and perform basic maintenance
- Adhere to safety standards and support other departments technically
Additional Competencies:
- Teamwork and people management
- Strong hearing and decision-making skills
- Ability to brief others and manage communication systems
2. Videographer x3
Salary: Market Related

Requirements:
- National Diploma in Film and Television or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in videography, film/media production, theatre, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-production planning and video concept development
- Operate and set up multi-camera systems and capture audio
- Edit video content (using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Livestream events and manage archived video assets
- Maintain and store equipment and support theatrical visual storytelling
Additional Competencies:
- Passion for theatre/performing arts
- Experience with multi-cam switching/live broadcasting
- Strong editing, colour correction, and audio syncing skills
