Post Title: Administration Officer – Supply Chain Management

Remuneration: Annual salary of R325,101.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Type: Fixed-Term Contract

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification (NQF 6): National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field with 4 years’ relevant experience
    OR
  • Preferred Qualification (NQF 7): Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent with 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Added Advantage (NQF 8): Postgraduate qualification in related field
  • Valid driver’s license and 1 year of practical driving experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, GRAP, and CIDB
  • Strong understanding of procurement legislation, policies, and compliance
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem-solving, and report writing skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quotation and Tender processes, including terms of reference and briefings
  • Assist with evaluation and adjudication processes
  • Facilitate purchase order generation and invoice processing
  • Ensure alignment with governance, risk management, and compliance standards
