Remuneration: Annual salary of R325,101.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification (NQF 6): National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field with 4 years’ relevant experience
OR - Preferred Qualification (NQF 7): Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent with 2 years’ relevant experience
- Added Advantage (NQF 8): Postgraduate qualification in related field
- Valid driver’s license and 1 year of practical driving experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, GRAP, and CIDB
- Strong understanding of procurement legislation, policies, and compliance
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem-solving, and report writing skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Quotation and Tender processes, including terms of reference and briefings
- Assist with evaluation and adjudication processes
- Facilitate purchase order generation and invoice processing
- Ensure alignment with governance, risk management, and compliance standards
