Post 1: Senior Manager: Localisation and BBBEE
Objective:
Provide leadership in Localisation and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) strategies across SANRAL’s procurement value chain.
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields
- 8 years relevant experience, including 3 years in management
- Knowledge of SIPDM, public procurement laws, BBBEE, and infrastructure sector dynamics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of inclusive procurement strategies
- Provide expert guidance on BBBEE compliance and transformation
- Oversee host community initiatives and supplier development
- Engage internal and external auditors and ensure corrective actions
- Drive performance measurement across the SCM value chain

Post 2: Senior Manager: SCM Risk and Governance
Objective:
Drive the implementation of governance and compliance structures in SANRAL’s supply chain operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields
- 8 years experience in SCM risk/governance, including 3 years in management
- In-depth knowledge of PFMA, SIPDM, public procurement legislation, and SCM governance frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SCM risk management and compliance across SANRAL
- Develop procurement policy, procedures, and risk frameworks
- Ensure contractor performance management and asset tracking
- Advise stakeholders and ensure alignment with best practices
- Build capacity within the SCM team
