Post Title: Electrician (Fixed-Term Contract – 3 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault finding, installation, and replacement of lighting circuits, isolators, socket outlets, and more.
- Repair and maintenance of distribution boards and motor control centres.
- Diagnose and service electrical machinery, including motors and variable speed drives (VSDs).
- Ensure all work complies with SANS 10142-1 and SANS 10400 standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical N4 qualification (minimum).
- Trade-tested Electrician.
- Wireman’s Licence (advantageous).
- Experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and air conditioning plants.
- Exposure to moving machinery.
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office).
