Available Posts and Requirements

1. Admin Clerks

Campuses:

  • Mashishing Campus x2 – Ref: EHL 25/2025
  • Mapulaneng Campus x2 – Ref: EHL 26/2025
    Salary: R228 321.00 per annum (Salary Level 5)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/NCV Level 4 + N6 in Office Administration, Management Assistant, Administration, Public Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant admin experience
  • Good communication, client orientation, and planning skills
  • Knowledge of the ITS system (advantageous)
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)

Duties:

  • Capture and file student registration forms
  • Maintain and update student info on ITS
  • Capture ICASS/ISAT and manage student assessment records
  • Manage issuing of results and certificates
  • Provide statistical data and attend to student enquiries
  • Safeguard and distribute exam materials
  • Implement college policies and prescripts
  • Perform general admin duties as required

2. HRD Clerk

Location: Central Office – Ref: EHL 27/2025
Salary: R228 321.00 per annum (Salary Level 5)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/National Senior Certificate or N6 in Human Resource Management
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resource Development frameworks
  • Competence in PERSAL, Excel, and Access
  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s licence

Duties:

  • Support the administration of PMDS and IQMS systems
  • Maintain PMDS & IQMS databases and provide reports
  • Assist with training coordination and PDP tracking
  • Administer the bursary process and CIP logistics
  • Support HRD projects and stakeholder liaison
