Salary: R291 012 – R404 568 per annum (basic salary only)

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
  • Valid Code B driver’s licence
  • 5–6 years of relevant administrative experience

Key Competencies:

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and another local official language
  • Strong interpersonal and report-writing skills
  • High attention to detail

Job Purpose:

The successful candidates will manage administrative processes related to:

  • Rezoning, subdivisions, special consents
  • Sales, leases, acquisitions, and expropriations
  • Encroachments and municipal land use
  • Handling disputes, complaints, and compliance with land use ordinances
