Requirements:
- NQF 6 in HR Management/Development or relevant field (NQF 7 preferred)
- 3 years’ experience in HRD (2 years at supervisory level)
- Skills Development Facilitator certificate (advantage)
Duties:
- Manage training plans, workplace skills plans, and training records
- Coordinate internships, short courses, bursaries, and induction programmes
- Support HRD strategy, audits, and compliance
- Administer Learning and Development systems
Post 2: Senior Information System Officer

Requirements:
- NQF 6 in IT/Computer Science/System Engineering

- Programming in C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Power Platform
Post 3: Senior Business Analyst Officer

- NQF 6 in IT or related field
- 2 years’ experience in IT/Business Analysis
- Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA/CBAP)

- Develop BI dashboards and SQL-based reports
- Maintain data quality and facilitate change management
Post 4: Administrative Officer: Human Capital Management and Development
