1. Technician: Roads and Stormwater (X1)
Salary: R297 112.36 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus National Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years’ relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct roads and stormwater operations.
- Compile technical reports.
- Administer electricity and housing operations.
- Supervise personnel.
2. Payroll Officer (X1)
Salary: R261 225.00 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- Grade 12 plus National Diploma in Payroll Administration or equivalent.
- 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Proficient in Office Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll.
- Reconcile and correct salary misallocations.
- Review and verify salary reports for approval.
3. Truck Driver: Waste Management (X4)
Salary: R150 605.94 per annum (excluding benefits)
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- ABET Level 3.
- Code EC Driver’s License with PRDP.
- 1-year relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of waste using heavy vehicles.
- Maintain machinery and equipment.
4. Driver: Dipper/Truck (X1)
Salary: R150 605.94 per annum (excluding benefits)
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- ABET Level 3.
- Code EC Driver’s License with PRDP.
- 1-year relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy vehicles.
- Perform assigned tasks in line with municipal procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
5. Plant Operators (X3)
Salary: R150 605.94 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Requirements:
- Grade 10 / ABET Level 04.
- Certificate in Plant Operation.
- C1 Driver’s License.
- 0–1 year experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plant machinery and tipper lorries.
- Maintain sidewalks, curbing, and stormwater systems.
