Requirements:
- Minimum: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Secretarial experience (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and communication skills
- Ability to act with tact, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
- High level of reliability
Duties:
- Provide secretarial support to the Director
- Manage diary and telephone communications
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Organise meetings, venues, refreshments, and schedules
- Process invoices, travel claims, and routine correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and manage office procurement
- Ensure compliance with departmental processes and standards
- Prepare documentation for Director’s meetings and engagements
