1. Officer: Qualifications Development

Reference: CETA-OQD-009
Contract Type: 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Requirements:

  • 3-year degree in Education, Training & Development or related field
  • 3+ years in quality assurance or curriculum development (preferably in SETA)
  • Knowledge of QCTO policies, PFMA, assessments, and moderation processes

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate learning programmes and qualification development
  • Manage SME databases and support occupational qualification processes
  • Ensure timely delivery of new skills programmes
  • Conduct site verifications and maintain operational reporting

2. Officer: Demand and Contract Management

Reference: CETA-ODCM-008
Contract Type: Permanent
Requirements:

  • Matric + NQF Level 6 Diploma in relevant field
  • 3–4 years in a procurement or demand management role, 1–2 years in supervision

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate demand forecasting and contract execution
  • Liaise with internal departments on procurement planning
  • Maintain contract records and compliance monitoring
  • Provide reporting and support audit processes

3. Specialist: Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

  • B-Degree in Supply Chain Management/Procurement (NQF 7)
  • 5–6 years operational experience; 2–3 years in supervisory role
  • Valid driver’s licence

Key Duties:

  • Manage demand planning and procurement strategies
  • Oversee compliance with PFMA, Treasury regulations, and internal controls
  • Draft, manage, and monitor contracts
  • Maintain SCM databases and provide reporting

4. Manager: Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

  • B-Degree in SCM, Logistics, Finance or Public Admin (NQF 7)
  • 5–8 years in SCM operational experience; 3–4 years in a management role
  • Knowledge of PFMA, SCM legislation, BID committee processes

Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement procurement and SCM systems
  • Ensure full compliance with public sector SCM requirements
  • Manage procurement risk, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Lead team training, coaching, and policy improvement
