Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience:
- 10 years senior management experience
- At least 5 years at executive level
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, and stakeholder management
- Sound knowledge of the SEZ environment, PFMA, and SEZ Act
Key Responsibilities
- Position Nkomazi SEZ as a leading investment destination
- Lead strategic planning and implementation of the business plan
- Build and maintain key relationships with communities, stakeholders, and investors
- Develop funding strategies and attract investment
- Represent the organisation publicly and drive brand awareness
- Guide change management and transformation processes
- Provide regular reports to the Board and manage executive functions
- Ensure alignment with socio-economic goals and national policy

Conditions and Expectations
