1. Deputy Director: Valuations

Department: Group Finance

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 + B Degree/NQF 7 in Real Estate or Property Valuation
  • 7–9 years’ valuation experience, including 5 years managerial
  • Registered with the SA Council for Property Valuers’ Profession
    Primary Role: Manage municipal and ad-hoc valuations, assist the Municipal Valuer, and lead strategic implementation in line with legislation.

2. Senior Manager: Valuation Services

Department: Group Finance
Salary: R53 022.85 pm (excluding benefits)
Location: 66 Jorissen Street, Braamfontein
Requirements:

  • Grade 12 + Degree/NQF 7 in Property Valuation
  • 6–8 years’ experience, 3 at managerial level
  • Registered with the SA Council for Property Valuers’ Profession
    Primary Role: Lead and manage property valuation services and performance in compliance with legislation and municipal strategies.

3. Valuer

Salary: R33 371.75 pm (excluding benefits)

Requirements:

  • Diploma/NQF 6 in Real Estate/Valuation
  • 3–4 years’ experience in property valuation
  • Registered with SACPVP
    Primary Role: Conduct property valuations and maintain the City’s valuation rolls in accordance with MPRA legislation.

4. Deputy Director: ACA Training Office

Department: Group Governance
Salary: R60 978.62 pm (excluding benefits)
Location: 33 Hoofd Street, Braamfontein
Requirements:

  • CTA + CA(SA) + 7–9 years’ experience (4 years in management)
  • SAICA-accredited assessor (advantage)
    Primary Role: Manage ACA training, oversee performance support, and align programmes with professional development standards.

5. Enrolled Nursing Assistant

Department: Health
Salary: R15 115.49 pm (excluding benefits)

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 + Enrolled Nursing Assistant Certificate
  • 1-year experience and SANC registration
