Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and a National Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation or Development Studies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Valid driver’s license and computer literacy

Key Duties:

  • Monitor implementation of M&E processes
  • Ensure compliance with MFMA and MSA
  • Analyse performance data and draft reports
  • Support the effective implementation of evaluation processes

Manager: Legal Services (Head Office)

Department: Corporate Services

Salary: R767,555.09 – R996,327.88 per annum (TASK Grade 16)

Requirements:

  • LLB, B Juris, or relevant Law degree
  • At least 4 years of legal experience in local government
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Duties:

  • Draft and vet legal documents and contracts
  • Provide legal advice and opinions
  • Represent the municipality in legal matters
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies

Chief Registry Clerk – Records Management (Head Office)

Salary: R466,478.01 – R605,503.98 per annum (TASK Grade 12)

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and a National Diploma in Records Management or Public Administration
  • 2 to 3 years of municipal registry experience

Key Duties:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Oversee the document indexing and control system
  • Ensure compliance with records disposal authorities
  • Maintain electronic and manual records

Administrative Officer: Cluster Coordination (Head Office)

Requirements:

  • Coordinate Mayoral Committee meetings
  • Distribute agendas, minutes, and resolutions
  • Facilitate internal departmental communication
