Requirements
- A B. Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 2–3 years of relevant IT experience managing systems and applications
- Valid and unendorsed driver’s license
- Ability to engage professionally with internal clients and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Analytical thinking and reporting abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask across various IT functions
- Strong general computer proficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support business applications (e.g., Payroll, Pastel, Licensing, Complaints Systems)
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
- Provide IT helpdesk and user support services
- Administer cloud-hosted infrastructure and ensure application security
- Maintain the organisation’s website and network availability
- Manage IT assets and oversee procurement
- Monitor and support LAN/WAN systems
- Support telephone systems and printing automation
