Requirements

  • A B. Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • 2–3 years of relevant IT experience managing systems and applications
  • Valid and unendorsed driver’s license
  • Ability to engage professionally with internal clients and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Analytical thinking and reporting abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask across various IT functions
  • Strong general computer proficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support business applications (e.g., Payroll, Pastel, Licensing, Complaints Systems)
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Provide IT helpdesk and user support services
  • Administer cloud-hosted infrastructure and ensure application security
  • Maintain the organisation’s website and network availability
  • Manage IT assets and oversee procurement
  • Monitor and support LAN/WAN systems
  • Support telephone systems and printing automation
