HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12
- Refrigeration Trade Test
- 3 years post-trade HVAC/Refrigeration experience
- 3 years in a team leader role
Duties:
- Execute HVAC & refrigeration maintenance plans
- Conduct inspections and reduce breakdowns
- Mentor and develop handymen
- Be on standby for emergencies and breakdowns
Senior Electrician (24-Month Contract)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + N4 in Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Trade Test & 3-Phase Installation Electrician
- 5 years’ maintenance experience, including 3 years as Senior Electrician
- Computer literate with MS Office
Duties:
- Lead maintenance, inspections, and compliance
- Execute mini-projects and oversee sub-contractors
- Ensure proper stock levels and create requisitions
- Oversee monthly PPM schedules and compliance certificates
Expenditure Accountant
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + National Diploma/Degree in Finance
- 5 years in an accounting role, 3 years in supervisory level
- 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of GRAP, MFMA/PFMA, and Caseware
Duties:
- Ensure compliance with MFMA creditor payment rules
- Manage financial documentation, analytics, and policy
- Assist auditors and prepare supporting schedules
- Maintain master files and address book for payments
Civil Supervisor (6-Month Contract)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + N3 in Civils + Trade Test
- 5 years post-trade experience in Civil work, 3 as supervisor
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
Duties:
- Weekly inspections and work order follow-ups
- Manage civil team performance and structural inspections
- Liaise with engineering team and ensure stock control
- Maintain engineering library and manage attendance
