1. Deputy Director: Bursaries Monitoring (Ref No: NSF03/05/2025)

Salary: R1 059 105 per annum (Level 12), all-inclusive package
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Public Admin, HRM, or related
  • 5 years in project/resource management
  • 3–5 years as Assistant Director
  • PFMA, Skills Development Act, Treasury Regulations knowledge
  • Strategic, leadership, and technical proficiency

Duties:

  • Monitor bursaries and agency compliance
  • Oversee site visits and assign bursar monitoring
  • Manage M&E frameworks and monthly performance indicators
  • Compile and review bursary performance reports
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and resource management

2. Deputy Director: Bursaries Initiation and Evaluation (Ref No: NSF04/05/2025)

Salary: R1 059 105 per annum (Level 12), all-inclusive package
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7)
  • 5 years in project/resource management
  • 3–5 years at Assistant Director level
  • Sound knowledge of post-school education and public service legislation

Duties:

  • Manage outreach programme and stakeholder sourcing
  • Develop M&E log frames for bursary evaluation
  • Oversee bursary agency performance
  • Facilitate lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage budget

3. Administrative Assistant (Ref No: NSF05/05/2025)

Salary: R325 101 per annum (Level 07)
Requirements:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Office Management, HRM, or related
  • 1–2 years in HR admin or office management
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation, MS Office, and admin processes

Duties:

  • Schedule appointments, manage diaries, travel bookings
  • Prepare documentation, arrange venues, record meetings
  • Handle internal mail, filing, document control
  • Support directorate through admin and HR tasks
