- Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer

- Experience in public infrastructure, project management, and OHS regulations
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of infrastructure projects
- Monitor implementation, budget, and scope
- Provide engineering input to tenders and ensure compliance with building standards
- Research new project management methodologies and liaise with industry bodies

Duties:
- Coordinate funding transfers and M&E for Sport and Recreation Bodies
- Administer sport programmes and evaluate implementation
- Provide liaison and non-financial support between DSAC and sport bodies
- Compile reports and manage related documentation

- Monitor and evaluate provincial plans and performance
- Assist with the development of inclusive policy and delivery mechanisms
