Administrator: Finance

  • Paterson Grade: B5
  • Remuneration: R288,051.92 CTC per annum (plus possible 20% performance bonus)
  • Requirements:
    • National Senior Certificate (NSC) or National Certificate: Vocational (NCV) (NQF 4).
    • National Diploma in Financial Management, Accounting, or related field (NQF 6).
    • A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in financial administration, preferably in a grant management environment.
  • Competencies:
    • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
    • Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, grant disbursement processes.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and teamwork.
  • Key Duties:
    • Manage expenditure, process invoices, maintain supplier records, and ensure cashbook reconciliation.
    • Assist in preparing general ledger reconciliations and journals.
    • Provide administrative support, handle audits, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
    • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
