- 7–9 years of management experience in Social Media, Web Development, CRM Systems, and Digital Strategy.
- CMS management, HTML, JavaScript, and software development skills.
- Primary Duties:
- Lead and manage the City’s digital platforms including websites, social media, CRMs, and digital ticketing systems.
- Develop and oversee citizen-centric digital communication strategies.

- Manage Municipal and Ad-hoc property valuations.
- Assist the Municipal Valuer in implementing the Municipal Property Rates Act.
- Oversee Valuation Appeal Boards and ensure compliance with legislative frameworks.
- Lead change management, direct financial oversight, and drive service delivery excellence.
