Requirements:
- BCom degree with a professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong public sector financial and supply chain knowledge
- Sound understanding of PFMA, GRAP, and corporate governance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial reports
- Oversee all supply chain management (SCM) processes and ensure policy compliance
- Coordinate annual audit files and action audit recommendations
- Supervise finance team operations and implement financial systems and controls
- Manage assets, resources, and ensure liquidity for business continuity

Requirements:
- LLB degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in complaints administration
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into complaints against sheriffs in terms of relevant legislation
- Supervise and coach the complaints team
- Maintain electronic databases and submit statistical reports
- Conduct mediations and respond to public complaints
- Draft reports, FAQs, newsletters, and training content
- Ensure all complaint investigations are completed within 90 days
