Minimum Requirements
- Qualification:
National Diploma / NQF Level 6 in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or Public Administration (majoring in Finance). - Experience:
- At least 3–5 years in a finance role.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically in accounts payable.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and support accounts payable/receivables.
- Assist project accountants with payment certificates and fee accounts.
- Perform asset verification across regional offices and toll plazas.
- Maintain a register of incoming finance documents.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
- Coordinate finance meetings and arrange travel for finance staff.
- Assist with compiling and submitting accruals.
- Handle filing and ad-hoc departmental tasks as required.
