Salary Range: R136,583.09 – R182,758.24 per annum
Accommodation: Own accommodation required (no official housing provided)
Reports To: Duty Manager
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NCV Level 4 certificate
- Experience in housekeeping, maintenance, or related fields (advantageous)
- Knowledge of general maintenance and storeroom tasks
- Physically fit (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Basic understanding of Occupational Health & Safety Act
- First Aid knowledge (advantageous)
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties (rubbish removal, ablution cleaning, office upkeep)
- Assist with minor maintenance (buildings, roads, water systems)
- Maintain terrain and gardens (mowing, landscaping)
- Record/report maintenance issues
- Clean and care for tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Support with ad hoc duties as assigned
- Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety standards
