Minimum Requirements (Applicable to Both Posts)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field (NQF 7)
- Honours Degree (NQF 8) is an added advantage
- 5 years of relevant work experience in IT support
- Valid driver’s licence with at least one year of practical driving experience
- Proven experience in:
- Desktop/laptop/mobile device support
- Hardware/peripherals maintenance
- Software troubleshooting and support
- Remote connection systems and mobile device management
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones (both on-site and remote)
- Monitor system performance and suggest efficiency improvements
- Assist in reporting and resolving technical issues
- Offer support to regional offices as needed
