Minimum Requirements (Applicable to Both Posts)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field (NQF 7)
  • Honours Degree (NQF 8) is an added advantage
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in IT support
  • Valid driver’s licence with at least one year of practical driving experience
  • Proven experience in:
    • Desktop/laptop/mobile device support
    • Hardware/peripherals maintenance
    • Software troubleshooting and support
    • Remote connection systems and mobile device management
  • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones (both on-site and remote)
  • Monitor system performance and suggest efficiency improvements
  • Assist in reporting and resolving technical issues
  • Offer support to regional offices as needed
