Requirements
- B-Tech / BSc / B Eng Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered with ECSA as PrTechEng / PrEng or eligible
- Valid Code B driver’s licence
- Computer literacy (MS Office and GIS)
- 5–8 years relevant contract management experience
- Communication skills in at least two Western Cape official languages

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct roadworthiness testing of vehicles
- Perform administrative and recordkeeping duties
- Inspect and maintain testing equipment
- Assist traffic officers and conduct enquiries
