Purpose of the Job
The Administrator: HC Operations is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative, operational, and technical support services to the Human Capital (HC) department.
Key Performance Areas
Human Capital Operations Support
- Coordinate interview logistics including venues, schedules, and panels
- Prepare job offer letters and submit to Senior Officer
- Handle benefits administration and payroll inputs
- Monitor the e-recruitment system and ensure documentation is complete
- Coordinate onboarding and termination packs
- Facilitate induction and orientation sessions
Compliance Administration
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain version control of departmental documents
- Handle employee queries and escalate where necessary
- Support internal control and compliance processes
Office Coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of departmental information
- Follow up on outstanding matters
- Compile and distribute reports and statistics
- Ensure efficient office operations
Document Control
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of documents
- Record and manage incoming documentation
- Keep accurate records of files and correspondence
Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related qualification
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Capital Operations environment
