Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance or Science
- 8–10 years relevant experience, including senior management
- FAIS Representative Certification (within 6 months if not held)
- Membership with CFA Institute, SAICA, or similar body preferred
- Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Resources sector portfolio and team of analysts
- Conduct macro and micro-economic analysis for investment decisions
- Construct portfolios and valuation models
- Deliver investment reports to governance structures and clients
- Drive performance, risk management, and innovation within the sector
Post Title: PMV Associate (Properties)
Job Grade: D1–D5

Requirements:
- BCom Honours or BSc Honours in Finance, Property Studies, or related field
- 4–5 years experience in post-investment management (unlisted/commercial property exposure)
- FAIS RE 05 Certificate (or within 6 months of hire)
- CA(SA), CFA, or Master’s degree advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse financial/non-financial performance of property investments
- Develop post-investment management and monitoring strategies
- Conduct site visits and early warning reporting
- Minimise impairments and support value enhancement strategies
- Compile and present reports to Exco, Board Committees, and clients
