Post: Administrative Clerk (Paarl Regional Office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to internal and external clients
  • Capture data timeously into the ERP system
  • Maintain document control and recordkeeping according to standards
  • Handle client queries and assist with reception duties
  • Follow internal processes, policies, and quality standards
  • Perform general administrative and operational tasks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Computer training certificates (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of PPECB systems (advantageous)
  • Strong accountability and proven ability to take ownership of tasks
