Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resources Management or related
  • Minimum 5 years’ senior managerial HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management, HRD, Labour Relations, OD, and Change Management
  • Completion of the Nyukela SMS Pre-entry Programme
