Post Title: Human Resources Practitioner (Generalist)
Salary Range: R516,463.09 – R607,603.64 per annum (All-inclusive package)
Position Type: Permanent


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong compliance and policy development background
  • Proven experience in EE, WSP & ATR submissions, and HR audits
  • Experience in in-house payroll systems (e.g., VIP Premier, Sage 300 People, CRS)
  • SDF Certification (advantageous)
  • Experience in recruitment, job evaluation, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Strong command of MS Office and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full recruitment and onboarding cycle
  • Process payroll and administer employee benefits
  • Compile EE reports and manage EEC meetings
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
  • Guide performance management process and training
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and wellness programmes
  • Generate monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Mentor junior staff and participate in HR projects
