Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 or higher qualification in Accounting
- Membership with the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA)
- 3 years’ experience at junior management level in accounting

Duties:
- Monitor and report on implementation of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and Risk Management Framework
- Provide support and training to provincial departments and entities
- Develop systems policies and procedures
- Maintain risk registers
- Manage the risk and advisory services component

Duties:
- Provide user support for provincial financial systems (e.g., BAS, HARDCAT)
- Coordinate financial systems training for departments
- Develop and maintain system-related policies and manuals
- Conduct information sessions on financial systems
- Manage resources and staff in the BAS support unit
