Requirements:

  • NQF Level 7 qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Built Environment, Law, or Public Management
  • 3–5 years’ experience in PPPs, infrastructure, law, or project management at junior management level

Duties:

  • Manage municipal and provincial PPP infrastructure projects
  • Ensure compliance with PPP regulations
  • Provide technical advice and monitor implementation
  • Support feasibility studies and project restructuring
  • Handle administrative, budgetary, and risk-related tasks

Post Title: Senior Practitioner Super User: SAP ERP Process and System Support (x2 Posts)

Requirements:

  • National Diploma/Degree in IT or Financial Information Systems (NQF Level 6)
  • 2–3 years’ experience with SAP MM and SRM
  • Strong experience in user training and SAP support
  • Knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations

Duties:

  • Provide SAP support and resolve end-user queries
  • Manage system access, profiles, and training
  • Develop training tools and manuals
  • Monitor open purchase orders and monthly reports
  • Participate in system enhancement testing

Post Title: Senior Practitioner: Financial Information Management System

Requirements:

  • National Diploma or Degree in IT, Financial Information Management, or Accounting
  • 2–3 years’ experience in system support
  • Familiarity with public sector financial systems (BAS, PERSAL, SAP)
  • Strong MS Office and SAP technical knowledge

Duties:

  • Support BAS, SAP, and PERSAL systems across provincial departments
  • Perform system controller functions
  • Ensure compliance with financial system legislation
  • Provide capacity building for system end-users
  • Support business intelligence systems
