Post Title: Personal Assistant and Committee Secretary

Purpose of the Position:

To provide high-level administrative support to the Director: Investigations and the department, while also serving as Secretary to the Investigations and Enforcement Committees.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support to Director:

  • Manage diary and schedule
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication
  • Oversee procurement for the department
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

Support to Investigations Department:

  • Track responses from complainants and respondents
  • Maintain and update the open investigations database
  • Organize both physical and electronic department records

Committee Secretariat Duties:

  • Schedule meetings and handle logistical arrangements
  • Prepare agenda packs and take accurate minutes
  • Maintain official meeting records and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Degree in Business Administration
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a personal assistant at the executive level
  • Proven committee secretary experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
