Requirements
Applicants must have a recognised National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Public Management, Business Management and Technology or a related qualification.
Applicants must have three to five yearsโ relevant experience in a strategic planning and administration environment.
Knowledge and understanding of TVET or CET administration will be an added advantage.
Duties
The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, office procedures and operating systems.
Duties include rendering administrative and executive support services in the Office of the Principal, ensuring effective workflow management, conducting research and providing expert administrative advice to the Principal and other officials.
The candidate will also oversee logistics in the Office of the Principal, arrange meetings, coordinate academic board and committee meetings, manage dรฉcor layout, food service, invitations and media protocol for college functions.
Additional duties include developing agendas, writing minutes, maintaining the office budget and expenditure database, providing secretarial support to College Council, Council Committees, Academic Board, Senior Management and external stakeholders, and providing strategic management, monitoring and evaluation services.

Requirements
Applicants must have a recognised National Diploma at NQF Level 6 or Degree in Building Management, Safety Management, Construction or a related qualification.
Applicants must have three to five yearsโ relevant supervisory experience on level seven or eight.
A valid driverโs licence is required.
Applicants must have knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Immovable Asset Management Act and related regulations, and fire control.
Duties
The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of buildings and premises.
Duties include compiling maintenance plans for machinery, tools and equipment, monitoring the implementation of maintenance plans, ensuring optimal space planning and full building maintenance, and facilitating awareness workshops on facilities management policies and procedure manuals.
The candidate will also ensure compliance with SHERQ and OHS requirements, develop the college emergency evacuation plan, identify potential health and safety hazards, report and coordinate Injury on Duty matters, and oversee fleet management.
Additional duties include developing and implementing fleet management policies, ensuring warranty management, maintenance, insurance and licensing of vehicles, maintaining physical security functions including key control, personnel security, document security and surveillance security, reviewing and monitoring security policy, managing access control at facilities, conducting preliminary theft investigations and ensuring contractors comply with service level agreements.
