Duties include conducting property research, preparing vesting instructions, recording requests for registration transactions, obtaining original title deeds, verifying documents from conveyancers, reviewing payment of services rendered by conveyancers, providing conveyancing advice and issuing certified copies of item 28(1).
The candidate will also attend to direct lodgement of vesting endorsements, disposal registrations under relevant legislation, servitude and lease registrations, instructions to the State Attorney, immovable asset register updates, Land Administration Web updates, portfolio of evidence uploads and monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
