Post 1: Junior Chef De Partie – Bakery (TG06)
Salary Range: R162,623.37 – R270,933.87 per annum
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Professional Cooking (NQF Level 5)
- 1 year experience as a chef
Key Duties:
- Prepare a variety of bakery items from scratch
- Use baking techniques including sourdough, soda bread, lamination
- Train and supervise trainee chefs
- Practice HACCP and ISO 22000 cleaning standards
