Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or NCV Level 4 certificate
  • A National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management is an advantage
  • 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels within the department
  • High motivation, time management, and attention to detail

Key Duties

  • Prepare and distribute meeting packs and committee documentation
  • Attend meetings and record minutes and decision matrices
  • Maintain proper filing (physical and e-filing) of all secretariat records
  • Manage printing, indexing, and referencing of documentation
  • Process travel documents, S&T claims, and cellphone reimbursements
  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain document control
