Requirements:
- NQF 7 qualification in Health Science (registrable with statutory council)
- Postgraduate degree (NQF 8) is an advantage
- 5 years’ experience in maternal and neonatal health at middle/senior management level
- Valid driver’s licence and SMS pre-entry certificate
Key Duties:
- Reduce maternal and neonatal deaths
- Provide leadership and support to provinces
- Develop and monitor policy and implementation plans
- Manage directorate operations, HR and budget

- Monitor test kit usage and training rollout
