Duties

The successful candidate will plan, manage and monitor quality inspections to enforce compliance with employment law.

The candidate will monitor reported cases relating to contraventions of employment law and enforce compliance.

The candidate will also prepare for and appear in adjudication forums as a State witness.

Other duties include providing quality assurance to inspectors, managing BLITZ inspections, monitoring advocacy campaigns and managing resources within the Inspection and Enforcement Unit.
