Minimum Requirements

  • A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Security Risk Management or an equivalent NQF Level 6/7 qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security services
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Issue and receive Z204 application forms
  • Capture vetting forms in the Security Vetting Database (SVIS)
  • Update and monitor vetting statuses in the database
  • Ensure delivery or collection of classified security documents
  • Handle queries about security clearance applications and provide related statistics
  • Liaise with key external stakeholders such as SAPS, SSA, and credit bureaus
