Post Title: Construction Project Manager (x2)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
- 8+ years of infrastructure project management experience
- Professional Registration: SACPCMP Pr.CPM (mandatory); ECSA or SACAP
- Knowledge of JBCC, NEC, GCC contracts; PMBOK; health & safety regulations
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of infrastructure delivery projects
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Oversee cost, quality, and timeline controls
- Maintain compliance with safety, contract, and environmental regulations
- Compile project reports and stakeholder communications
Post Title: Investment Controller
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- 5 years in investment banking; 2 years in treasury or asset/liability management
- Sound knowledge of IFRS 9, Basel, GAAP, PFMA, King IV
- Desirable: CA(SA) or CFA, SAP or equity valuation experience
Responsibilities:
- Financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Alignment of financial policies with DBSA’s strategy
- Provide executive decision support through financial reporting
- Manage back-office controls, working capital, risk, and reporting systems
- Engage stakeholders across divisions and provide financial insights
