Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- National Diploma in Labour-related qualification
- 1 year experience
- Knowledge of the latest labour legislation/amendments
- Required languages:
- East London & Mthatha: English, isiXhosa, Afrikaans
- Piet Retief: isiZulu, English
Responsibilities:
- Provide verbal interpretation during CCMA hearings
- Offer administrative support to commissioners and structures

- Matric and Diploma in Labour Relations (or equivalent) with 1 year practical experience

- Advise, screen, and capture case details
- Schedule and screen documentation
- Process case outcomes
- Administer venues and manage pre-conciliation procedures
