Post Title: Cleaner (X3) – Three-Year Fixed Contract

  • Centre: SANPC Refinery, Durban
  • Contract Duration: 3 years
  • Salary: Market-related

Requirements

  • Matric (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
  • 1–2 years experience as a cleaner or similar role
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Good time management skills
  • Physical stamina for manual work
  • Attention to detail and service-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

General Cleaning

  • Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas

Replenishing Supplies

  • Refill cleaning materials, toilet paper, soap, and hand towels
  • Replenish coffee, tea, sugar, and milk
  • Report low stock to Facilities Coordinator

Meeting Room Preparation

  • Clean and prepare meeting rooms daily
  • Ensure availability of refreshments and water

Health and Safety

  • Follow health and safety procedures
  • Handle cleaning chemicals safely
