Key Performance Areas
- Manage the organisationโs switchboard
- Oversee and manage the reception area
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Support HR and organisational administrative functions
- Manage office consumables and supplies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Teamwork and task completion ability
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience as a receptionist (preferably in legal or regulatory environment)
- Certificate or Diploma in Secretariat, Reception or Front Office Management
- Additional qualifications will be an advantage
