Post Title: Frontline Receptionist

Key Performance Areas

  • Manage the organisationโ€™s switchboard
  • Oversee and manage the reception area
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Support HR and organisational administrative functions
  • Manage office consumables and supplies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Teamwork and task completion ability

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 yearsโ€™ experience as a receptionist (preferably in legal or regulatory environment)
  • Certificate or Diploma in Secretariat, Reception or Front Office Management
  • Additional qualifications will be an advantage
