1. Case Management Officer
Location: Gauteng Province – Vaal Office

Purpose
To effectively handle queries and assist the public with processing procedures, screening of cases, and adherence to CCMA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case advice and screening
- Capture case data and process documentation
- Finalise cases and process outcomes
- Manage venue administration and pre-conciliation processes
Requirements
- Matric + Diploma in Labour Relations (NQF 6)
- 1–3 years relevant work experience in HR, legal, labour law, trade unions, bargaining councils, or compliance environments
- 3+ years relevant experience may substitute for the diploma requirement
- Ability to speak at least two African languages (advantage)

2. Receptionist

Purpose
To provide a professional reception service by welcoming CCMA visitors, directing them to the correct departments, managing calls, and providing front-line support.
