Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate in two of the official languages of the Western Cape.
  • One (1) year relevant experience in a similar admin/data role (recommendation).

Duties

  • Handle telephone calls and public enquiries.
  • Filing and general office administration.
  • Capture data accurately and timeously.
  • Compile reports for control room and projects.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders on municipal projects.
  • Provide administrative support to control room staff.

  • This is a temporary contract, not a permanent appointment.
