Salary: R228 321 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate in Office Management/Secretarial Studies.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans.
  • Core Competencies: Client orientation, customer focus, written & verbal communication, honesty, integrity, planning, organizing, and telephone etiquette.
  • Technical Competencies: Office management, administration, secretarial functions, and general administration.

Duties:

  • Develop and manage an efficient filing system and document flow for the Commission.
  • Receive, record, distribute, and file documents appropriately.
  • Provide secretarial support including preparing agendas, attendance registers, minutes, and reports.
  • Manage Commission diaries and ensure effective coordination.
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, hearings, conferences, and travel.
  • Handle communication systems, purchase stationery and equipment, manage inventory, and provide general office administration.
